Very affordable. Nice, clean rooms. Not much a view around the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to shopping area. Near the 401. Will most definitely stay again Update: I don’t know if there is new management but room prices have increased substantially for a renovated Comfort Inn - I would only stay if you can secure a rate under $169 per night as it is not worth$169 per night
I like the new furniture. USB plugs. Nice. The pillows have improved. It's a little more like a Quality Inn having a selection of pillows. I've stayed in less expensive quality Inns though.
We called the hotel directly from the road, the lady was beyond helpful, check in was easy and room was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. The bed was turned down, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of sheets and duvet. Even during COVID they were still serving their complimentary breakfast. As we drove out my hubby said this is a hidden gem in Brockville! Thank you!
