Staying in this hotel again after almost one year today is May 08, 2021 Big improvement, the hotel management gave me a nice quiet room at 4th floor facing the parking LOT, which made me a great sleep. Hotel room stays clean and Hot breakfast was perfect. Nice hotel to stay again... Thanks for listening. POOR FRONT DESK SERVICE this is not my first time staying here, every time I booked in advance and found out the room being assigned is always facing the 401 highway, no matter how I express that side of the rooms are definitely not for sleep, the road noise is so loud (due to poor window insulation and outdated facility) throughout the night. Hey, we are here for rest and good sleep, so we paid high price for high quality. However, that's not what we deserved. The management keep saying all the rooms on the other side was fully occupied, it is in doubt as there was not much cars on the parking lot and not much guess walk in and out as far as I can see and hear. Anyway, look like this hotel management doesn't entertain the booking through 3rd party agency.. they leaked that next time I should book through their official Holiday inn web site, then I will be taken care of...Do I paid less? I doubted! might be they don't get the whole payment so they have to serve valued customer like this! Well, this mostly likely is the last chance I gave to this hotel....I don't think to pay such high room rate I can't get a better room from other same standard Hotels in the area....BYE BYE Holiday inn Brockville !!!!!!!!
We were absolutely happy with the service of these four women we were talking with. They were amazing! Funny happy positive people that you could joke with. We will see you again the next time we come to Brockville. Thanks Trish, Janice, Stella and Faith.
Everything seemed alright but there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the staff seemed quite helpful and responsive. They were going to give us points for a free nights stay to ameliorate the situation but the points never turned up onto the account and when I asked further about it via their online contact info they told us there was nothing they could do because there was no verification for it.
