Installation was top notch. The guys were professional and worked hard to get my ductless system installed in one day. I have an older house stacked up high (no basement) with a small amount of space to put the outside unit, but the tophat installation crew was able to make it work. Kudos to them! Only thing I would say is that during the time between my quote/order and the phone call for the install date, I didn't receive any communication. I had to call twice, was put through to the install manager (who was great, btw), and 2 days later I was then given an install date. Overall, a happy customer.
I had new amana furnace with A/C. New enviro free standing propane fireplace and the duct work cleaned. All staff from sales to installers very professional easy to deal with, understanding for what we wanted in units to be installed. They took the time to show you after all the installs where done.Would highly recommend them for all your needs.
Had Top Hat come in and replace my entire eavestrough on my house. They did a fantastic job, very clean, neat and professional work, looks great, and they took the old eavestrough away so i didn't have to dispose it. End to end total service I highly recommend.
This review is solely based on service/price as we ended up not using Top Hat for our job. First we noticed their communication was very slow -we had to follow up several times. They are also not detail-oriented-we had several questions about our chimney situation and wanted their professional opinion and they ignored most of it. They also provided no explanation for their opinion on our chimney situation. Second, their pricing is high. Once the quote was finally provided - which we had to ask them for several times - the cost was double what we ended up paying with a smaller local mason.
