Upon consultation for central air conditioning, Tom presented us with a number of different options that would meet our requirements and budget. Once decided, an install date was promptly scheduled. Our installation was completed today by Mike, Daniel and Tom. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. Every step in the process was explained thoroughly as well as the proper maintenance/after care. Our home is so much more comfortable now and I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend.

When Comfort Pro Ltd. explained everything to us, we felt very comfortable knowing the job would be done right. He was there when the job started and when it was complete. He answered all our questions and was very professional. Tom and his install crew had to remove and reinstall certain items to provide updated products. I was referred to Comfort Pro from a roofing company as I needed to reroute my second floor dryer vent through the roof. They were quick to come out and provide me with a quote and a detailed breakdown of what the work would entail, answering all of my questions. They coordinating the job with the roofing company. The crew was courteous and professional. I was shown pictures of the work they did in the roof. I was very happy with the quality and the end result was exactly what I wanted.
