Lost 10$ in coins. 6 on the laundry soap dispenser and 4 on the washing machines. coin return didn't work. Unfortunately I was desperate and in a rush, also out of town with no intention of returning so calling tech support wouldn't do much. Place is not as clean as everyone states on the reviews.
I like that there's a $3 top load regular sized machine, $5 pretty big front loader and an $8 huge machine to choose from! It's awesome the machines take cash, credit card as well as a laundry card you can put money on. The owner is very friendly and helpful and genuinely seems to want everyone to have a positive experience! The dryers are 25 cents for 4 min and they are massive and work well so you can put 2 loads into 1 dryer. There is wifi as well and a washroom which is a nice bonus!
I’m so glad that my boyfriend and I found this place! We love it, the washers and dryers are extremely clean and well taken care of. The prices are more than reasonable. We love that there’s an option to use your credit card to pay if you don’t have change! Bathroom is clean. Plenty of seating and a place to fold your laundry as well! We drive from Carleton Place, and it’s totally worth it! 5/5 stars.
