    The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. The customer service agents in the store are definitely knowledgeable. We described our issue with our current wood stove and the customer service agent zeroed right into the likely cause and gave invaluable advice. Turns out after returning home, she was absolutely right.

    I bought a pacific energy summit this week. After a lot of research, and a lot of shopping around hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Prompt email, phone calls, knowledgeable and friendly. Carol Ann knew her stuff! And to have the staff meet my husband to load the stove was awesome. The cherry on top was the next day Ed called to give me some pointers and to make sure my install was going smooth.. even called me after they were closed before the holidays. Just incredible. Will be using them again for an upcoming project!

    Ed was super friendly and professional! Came in quickly, did the job and went on his way. Sadly our unit was beyond saving but he was honest and helpful, he educated me on a few things (when it comes to propane units)! I would definitely recommend Embers for your gas fitter needs.

    Avoid this unfriendly and overcharging place. We had our valor serviced at the cottage and first, the technician did not fix the burn out issue and second, they charged us TWO hours of labor for no work. When we tried to speak with the woman on the phone about the overcharging she was very rude and said to pay or else small claims would be filed. Avoid this terrible place.
