I booked this well in advance and Victoria was always so courteous and quick to return my phone calls. With less than a month's notice, I had to alter my appointment and she had no issue accommodating me. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and there was no wait time. Victoria was an excellent listener and made sure she didn't press too hard for my massage due to pain. She also provided me with great suggestions on where to visit. It's a very clean establishment, the scent from their body shop isn't overwhelming and even their hand sanitizer smells nice. Wonderful experience and I would visit again.

They were not considerate of my medical condition and lied to my wife after I left. Due to my medical condition they refused service which I accepted, but after I left told my wife that I didn't like to be touched ( never said that, simply accepted their decision not to give me a manicure and pedicure because they could not accept my medical condition), but they told my wife after I left the building that I didn't like to be touched and charged us for a service I was refused for.
